The Challenge

The starting point was a decentralized, manual model, where each municipality kept its records in different ways, resulting in data that was inconsistent, mismatched, and difficult to trace.

Our Solution

LISDATA developed a comprehensive web application that acts as a central integration hub between municipal records, the Directorate General of the Land Registry (Catastro), and the National Statistics Institute (INE).

Technical Execution

The team built an ETL module that imports, transforms, cleans, and loads each municipality’s census data, an AI-powered query module, and an interactive cartographic visualization module. This involved the use of fuzzy matching techniques and natural language processing.

The platform can process over one million records covering people, households, and dwellings.
Reduced manual review work thanks to real-time monitoring of each case and automatic bulk resolution.
Complies with the technical format required by the INE, ensuring the documentation’s full legal validity.

Digitization of quality audits for a vehicle manufacturer

An international vehicle manufacturer chose us not to replace a tool that the team already knew well, but to enhance it, improve it, guide the user, and get the data ready to work with.

The Challenge

The quality department carried out vehicle audits using spreadsheets that were hard for workers to access online, which hindered communication and collaboration with quality managers and made task management inefficient.

Our Solution

A digital quality control module was created to streamline communication between the quality and production departments. To achieve this, we developed an accessible web application that all parties involved could consult, centralizing all task phases and statuses without altering the processes and information the plant already managed.

Technical Execution

The solution was developed using FastAPI on Python, connecting to a PostgreSQL database with a frontend built in React and Tailwind CSS, tailored to the needs of each user profile.

For role and access management, we used Keycloak and an API Manager to control, protect, and monitor the APIs exposed by the backend.
