Data and AI Training for Companies

Does your team already work with data, Power BI or AI tools, but not get the value out of them? At LISDATA we deliver in-company, tailored data and AI training, starting from your own technology stack and real data.

In-company, tailored training

We work with both business and IT profiles, adapting the content to each group’s level and needs. We provide hands-on training delivered by the same team that implements the projects—not external trainers—so internal teams can make better use of the technologies they already have.

Why choose LIS?

According to a World Economic Forum study, key skills for teams looking ahead to 2030 include technological literacy, Big Data training, and AI leadership.

To build these capabilities, training must be connected to the tools, data, and processes teams use in their day-to-day work.

Why is generic training not enough?

Buying a Power BI, Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT licence does not guarantee that the team knows how to use it well. Generic training can fall short when it does not take into account the company’s real data, processes, and needs.

Underused licences

Tools are used only for basic tasks, without leveraging their full potential.

Dependence on IT or vendors

Teams need help to use some tool features that they could manage more independently.

Reports and models that are not very useful

Knowing how to use a tool does not mean knowing how to structure data or build reports that meet business needs.

Generative AI as a simple chatbot

ChatGPT, Copilot, or Claude are used for queries and as a conversational assistant, without integrating them into work processes.

AI applied when it is not needed

AI is not always the solution; some cases are better solved with traditional automation or require a human decision.

Same content for different profiles

Different departments need different levels of depth and learning objectives.

Situations we address with data AI training

AI training for companies starts from a specific need, from improving the use of a tool that is already in place to developing new capabilities.

Some common scenarios include:

Tangible results

Practical training that connects learning to each team’s day-to-day work, from technical profiles to business areas.

Tools and technologies

We train teams on the tools they already use or are about to adopt, adapting the content to their technology stack.

Frequently asked questions about data AI training for companies

Is the training adapted to our real tools and data, or is it a standard syllabus?

Yes, the training is adapted to the company’s technology stack, data, processes, and real needs. When possible, we work on tools or cases the team already uses. We can also cover standard technologies when there is not yet a specific practical case.

How many hours or sessions does in-company training require?

The duration depends on the objective, the team’s level, and the content. At LISDATA, we have delivered training programmes ranging from 4 to 40 hours, spread across one or multiple sessions. We define the number of hours after understanding the group’s needs and starting point.

Can it be in person, online, or blended?

Yes. Training can be delivered in person, online, or in a blended format, depending on the characteristics of the team and the programme. The format is defined during the training design to facilitate participation.

How many people can attend? Is there a recommended group size?
Can you train us in Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT if we already have the licences?

Yes. We can train teams in Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, and other generative AI tools when the company already has them. The goal is to explore professional application possibilities and help the team integrate them into their usual tasks.

How is this different from a standard Power BI course from any training provider?

The difference lies in the starting point and practical application. Instead of following a fixed syllabus, training can be based on the company’s real environment, data, reports, and needs. This way, the team learns Power BI in relation to situations that are part of their work.

Who delivers the training?

Training is delivered by LIS’s technical team, made up of professionals who work on data and artificial intelligence projects, which enables them to connect the content to common implementation situations.

Do you provide materials or guides to refer to afterwards?

We do not usually provide materials or guides by default, but if the project requires it, we can include the preparation and delivery of additional documentation within the scope of the training.

Can you train both IT/data and business teams?

Yes. We adapt the content to each group’s profile and technical level. For business teams, training can focus on possibilities, use cases, and application criteria. For IT and data teams, we can go deeper into tools, architecture, platforms, models, integration, or data governance.

Can AI make decisions for us in finance or compliance processes, or is there always human review?

AI application must be defined according to the process, risk level, and each company’s control requirements. In areas such as finance or compliance, training can help identify which tasks can be supported by AI and where human oversight and decision-making must be maintained.

Can you help us identify which processes in our area are good candidates for applying AI?

Yes. In certain awareness sessions, we can work to identify and prioritise potential use cases. The team analyses processes and needs to detect where AI can add value and distinguish those opportunities from those better addressed with other technologies.

How is this different from your Discovery and Adoption consulting?

AI training for companies is focused on developing specific knowledge and capabilities. Discovery and adoption have a broader scope and aim to embed AI into the way of working. Both services can be combined depending on the company’s needs.
