When, why, by whom, how, for what purpose and for how long do we use your personal details?

When and why?

You can browse the LIS DATA SOLUTIONS website without providing any personal information, but in some cases this information is necessary to provide the electronic services you request.

If we need to obtain personal details to provide the service, we will process the information in accordance with the terms of this policy, which contains specific statements regarding privacy and the use of personal data and informs you why, for what purpose, how and how long we use your personal data and what security measures we apply.

Who collects the data?

Personal details are collected and processed by LIS DATA SOLUTIONS or, where appropriate, its data processors. The data processors are third parties contracted on terms that ensure data are processed in accordance with the law. Under their contracts, these third parties are required to respect the law and implement appropriate security measures to protect said data.

What for?

The personal details we process allow us to provide, manage and improve the services we offer.

For example, we will use your personal details to deal with any queries you send us, manage your participation in staff recruitment processes or send you notifications electronically if you ask us to do this.

We only collect the personal details needed to carry out the activity. If you wish to ask for information or make a request regarding the processing of your message and the use of your personal details, please do not hesitate to do so as part of the message.

Who are our services aimed at?

Our services are aimed at persons aged over 14. If, exceptionally, a service aimed specifically at those aged under 14 should be developed and it is necessary to collect their personal details, LIS DATA SOLUTIONS will ask their parents or guardians to agree to their use, except where applicable legislation expressly indicates otherwise.

How do we use your details?

LIS DATA SOLUTIONS collects personal information only to the extent that it is necessary for a specific purpose. The information will not be used for any purpose incompatible with that specified.

LIS DATA SOLUTIONS only discloses information to third-parties if it is necessary for a service to be provided and it is only disclosed to those who need to know it. These precautions are intended to ensure that the service can be provided using your personal details confidentially, as required by current legislation.

LIS DATA SOLUTIONS will adopt all necessary security measures to protect your data against possible abuse, unauthorised access, alteration or loss.

How long will we keep your details?

LIS DATA SOLUTIONS only keeps data as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they are collected or subsequently processed. The period during which they are kept will depend on the service.

What rights do you have regarding your personal details?

  • Request access to the information that is stored. You can ask us whether we are processing your details and in what way.
  • Ask that they be corrected or deleted. You can ask us to update your personal details if they are incorrect and delete them, if you wish, if they are no longer necessary for processing, if you withdraw your consent, if processing is not legal or if there is a legal obligation to do so. We will analyse the case and proceed in accordance with the law.
  • Ask that their use be limited. In this case they will only be kept by LIS DATA SOLUTIONS for the submission of complaints or the formulation of a defence against complaints.
  • Oppose processing. If you inform LIS DATA SOLUTIONS that you oppose the processing of your details, it will stop using them in the way you specify, unless it is necessary to continue using them because there is a legal imperative to do so, or for the submission of complaints or the formulation of a defence against complaints.
  • Request the portability of your data. If you want your details to be used by another company, LIS DATA SOLUTIONS will assist you in making them available to the new data controller.
  • Withdraw the consent you have given. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the legality of the use of your details prior to that withdrawal.

These rights are personal and must therefore be exercised directly by the interested party by means of a request submitted to the owners. This means that any customer, subscriber or associate who has provided their details at any time can address the owners and ask for information about the details they have stored and how they obtained them, ask for details to be corrected, ask for their details to made available in a portable format, oppose their use, limit their use, or ask for them to be deleted.

To exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, portability, limitation and opposition, you can download the forms made available by the AEPD via the following link. Complete and send them by email to info@lisdatasolutions.com, together with a legally valid proof of your identity, such as a photocopy or scanned image of your identity card or an equivalent document.

For processing where your consent is requested, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to info@lisdatasolutions.com, or contacting lisdatasolutions.com/contacto/. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the legality of the use of your details prior to that withdrawal.

If you need more information on your legal rights and how to exercise them, we recommend you to contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency, which is the relevant authority for this matter.

You also have the right to submit a complaint to the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you consider that the use of your personal details infringes EU Regulation 2016/679 or the 2018 Spanish law on data protection and the guarantee of digital rights.
