Why work at LISDATA?

Working at LISDATA means being where the technology is moving. Innovative projects for leading organisations, the most advanced tools on the market, continuous training and a personalised career plan. Our internal culture always puts people at the centre.

Balance and flexibility

Flexible hours, remote work and intensive hours in summer and at Christmas. We organise the work so it fits each person’s life, and so we can give our best on every project.

Career plan, training and certifications

We define with you where you want to go and turn that into a career plan with training and specific goals. We also invest in the technical certification of our team.

Reference clients and a strong stack

We work for leading organisations, always with the most advanced technology and models on the market. That becomes innovative projects, where strategic decisions show up in the result.

LISDATA culture

The team looks after itself on the project and off it: monthly team buildings, flexible pay, a digital medical service, a free gym in Santander, a coffee corner in our offices and discounts at dozens of shops.

Our values

We are more than 100 people with very different paths, and these four values are the DNA of the LISDATA team.

We stand in your shoes

Close and clear

We listen before we propose. We get into the problem until we understand it as our own, and we explain the technical side in language that helps people decide.

A step forward

Loyal and committed

When something is needed, it gets done. We take on what is ours and also what nobody has asked for yet, because the result of the project belongs to the whole team.

We live in the future

Disruptive and proactive

We keep up with technology that moves fast, and we separate what adds something from what is only noise. We propose before anyone asks us to.

We land ideas

Practical and flexible

We like the hard part: turning an idea into something that works in production. And changing approach when the old one stops being useful.

The profiles we always look for

We are more than 100 people and the team keeps growing. We look for talent, ideas of your own and technical rigour. These are the positions we keep open as a rule.
