SODERCAN Supports Technical Staff Recruitment at LISDATA
Bezana-based tech company LISDATA participated in SODERCAN’s RD Technical Staff grant program in 2021 and 2022. This program aims to support the permanent hiring of qualified technical staff in Cantabrian companies for the development of RDI activities, while also enabling the specialization of company workforces, providing professionals access to the labor market, and facilitating the return of talent to the autonomous community.
The aid program focuses on the first 12 months of permanent contracts for qualified technical personnel, who must be dedicated to developing RDI activities such as research project development, preliminary work related to project viability, the launch and consolidation of new industrial research lines, or RDI activities that generate new or improved products, processes, or services.
Both the gross salary of the hired individuals and the corresponding employer’s Social Security contribution are eligible for aid.
