LISDATA’s DIRECTOR Project: AI for Strategic Decision-Making
Corporate management teams often have to make strategic decisions with little data or without precise information regarding all possible scenarios. LISDATA’s DIRECTOR project aims to solve this situation through machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI).
AI-based decision-making
Our solution puts technological innovation at the service of boards and senior management, taking the use of AI to a new level by providing high-value information for tactical and strategic decision-making. Information is processed and delivered to the user in a collaborative environment between the person and a virtual management assistant, allowing the executive to ask questions to consult any data of interest. Furthermore, thanks to a continuous information monitoring system, the assistant can act proactively, anticipating requests completely autonomously to alert the management team of a risk or a new opportunity.
Multiple phases to cover the data life cycle
The DIRECTOR project is based on research into techniques and technologies that allow for the transition from a data-driven decision-making model to an AI-based model, with AI being the primary information processing element. Therefore, it consists of several phases that together cover the entire data life cycle: extraction, analysis and processing, and presentation to the user.
