LISDATA partners with SODERCAN to expand its sales team

In 2022, the technology consultancy LISDATA took advantage of the Más Talento aid line, funded by SODERCAN, for the hiring of sales technicians. The objective of the program is to support the employment of specialized technical personnel to carry out specific business development functions at both national and international levels, while simultaneously achieving the specialization of corporate workforces, professional access to the labor market, and facilitating the return of talent to the region.

This initiative supports the full-time permanent employment of technicians specialized in national or international business development, freely selected by the beneficiary company in the labor market, provided that the specific requirements of the call are met. Thus, the eligible labor costs of a sales technician are subsidized during the first 12 months of employment, carried out within 45 calendar days following the date of the grant resolution.
