Data Collection and Management Processes in Electric Vehicle Manufacturing

The company LISDATA SOLUTIONS SL is focused on the development of a Process Innovation project titled “Process Innovation through Digital Twin for Optimization and Automation of Vehicle and Component Manufacturing” with file number VEC-020100-2022-239. The objective is to design and develop new data collection and management processes for the different stages of electric vehicle manufacturing through the generation of a digital twin. To achieve this, advanced algorithms will be developed for task execution using artificial intelligence, providing greater efficiency, automation, and optimization of procedures.

The project is part of the aid program for comprehensive actions in the electric and connected vehicle industrial chain within the Strategic Project for Economic Recovery and Transformation in the Electric and Connected Vehicle Sector (PERTE VEC), under the framework of the Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan funded by the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Tourism. The primary project is included within the flagship project titled “Solutions for New Electric Mobility Needs based on Sustainability and Connectivity Criteria” with file number VEC-010000-2022-9, which involves 21 companies across various locations nationwide.
