LISDATA joins the SODERCAN EMPLEA 2021 program
The objective of the EMPLEA 2021 grant line is the permanent hiring of graduates, whether from Vocational Training or University, as a complement to awareness, information, advisory, and support actions for new companies or new projects throughout the territory of Cantabria. The aim is to incentivize the incorporation of workers into companies in Cantabria as a stimulus for the growth of new companies created under SODERCAN’s EMPRECAN PLUS program.
Both self-employed individuals and SMEs validly constituted at the time of application can benefit, provided they are holders of an economic activity in Cantabria. Within the program, actions intended to cover the costs of permanent staff recruitment during the first 12 months of the contract are eligible, including the conversion of temporary contracts to permanent ones.
