How to Approach an IT Investment Project?

Next Tuesday, May 26, LISDATA will be present in Barcelona at a conference held at the ICIL Foundation.

The aforementioned conference will last 8 hours, starting at 10:00 AM and concluding at 6:00 PM, and is aimed at directors and managers of companies planning to make technological investments to optimize their processes, reduce costs, improve service levels, or undertake strategic developments in their logistics processes.

The main objectives of the conference will be to offer Logistics Managers knowledge regarding concepts, methodologies, tools, and technologies for undertaking analysis and technological investment processes, intended for application to logistics processes, whether comprehensive or partial.

Presentations will be given by various experts in the field, including Victor Vilas and Pilu Morante from Andsoft, Mónica Abelló from Victransa, Asier Barredo and Jon Nuñez from LISDATA, and finally Carlos López from Checkpoint Systems.

LISDATA will present practical cases of 3D simulations of different warehouse processes, allowing scenarios to be configured to optimize performance, costs, and avoid potential bottlenecks.

Additionally, by using data mining and business intelligence tools, we will transition from the chaos of hundreds of Excel sheets to operational and discovery dashboards for decision-making.
