Controlling our activity and processes is part of our daily task in managing our companies.
How do we monitor our key performance indicators (KPIs)?
Our workflow:
- Exporting selected information to Excel from our ERP/WMS/CRM. Once in Excel, we create our formulas, pivot tables, and static charts.
- We use predefined static reports from our systems (queries), export them to Excel, and process them.
Problems with a traditional reporting system:
- Repetitive tasks.
- Time spent extracting and transforming information.
- We do not spend time analyzing information in depth; we stick to the “big numbers.”
- We report instead of proposing solutions.
Our improvement proposal to avoid all this extraction and information processing time is to automate this process.
And what do we do with this time we have gained? ANALYZE DATA
How can we take this leap in our companies? By using a Data Control Tower.
It is about analyzing information in a visual and intuitive way; shapes and colors are perceived by our brains much faster than numbers.

- E.g., if I select a product or a supplier, the billing indicators will change automatically.
